I am the end user can I buy direct from the company?

No, we only sell through distributors

I notice your prices are higher than your competitors, why?

Our products are made in USA and it does cost more the manufacture in the United States.  In most cases, the benefits to the customers outweigh the cost differences.

Can you modify one of your products for a specific application?

Yes, we can modify any of our products easily and there are no minimums and quick turn-around times.

Do you carry inventory of all your products?

We carry inventory on our most popular items, all products are made to order and most orders usually ship with 3 to 5 days after receipt.   

A competitor has an item on backorder from China, my customer is out what do I do?

If it is not a HPK stock item send us a sample and we will duplicate it. 

I am a distributor, how do I get pricing for your products?

Submit a request and we will contact you with a pricing.
